I’m a wedding photographer based in Jihlava, and I photograph weddings so the images don’t feel like a catalogue. I don’t need poses to create a beautiful picture — your genuine emotions, the day’s atmosphere and a bit of fun are enough. My role isn’t just to operate a camera, but to be a guide who laughs with you, calms you when needed, and steps in if something goes wrong. All of that with respect for the fact that this is your day. My work is built on a reportage approach with an emphasis on candid moments — those times when you laugh, look at each other, or unexpectedly cry tears of joy. That’s how wedding photography is created that you’ll look at again and again, not just once in an album. A wedding photographer should be able to blend into the story, unobtrusively be where life happens, and at the right moment create a portrait you love. That’s exactly what I prefer. As a local photographer I work mainly in Jihlava and across the Vysočina Highlands, but I’m happy to travel — I’ve shot weddings all over the Czech Republic and abroad. The first step is always a meeting or a chat so we get on the same page. You can expect open and direct communication with me — no marketing fluff, no complicated talk. I plan shoots so they’re an enjoyable experience for you and your guests: a quick and fun couples session, unobtrusive reportage of the ceremony, and evening moments that often make the whole day memorable. In addition to wedding coverage I also offer engagement/couples shoots — a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and create shared images before the big day.
