My name is Tadeáš Kamínek and as a wedding photographer based in Brno I focus on capturing real emotions and an effortless reportage atmosphere. I have been photographing since I was 15 and what I enjoy most at weddings is documenting the natural moments — smiles, glances, small gestures and the scenes that form the true story of the day. Why choose me as your wedding photographer? I work so the images remain primarily authentic. I prefer a discreet approach — I’m not a disruptive presence but a quiet observer constantly looking for emotion and strong composition. Thanks to my experience with portraits and couple shoots I know how to create a relaxed atmosphere during the formal photos and how to build trust so couples reveal their true selves. At the same time I can treat the whole day as a cohesive reportage, from preparations through the ceremony to the evening celebration. How do I work? Before the wedding I like to discuss your ideas — we’ll agree on the style of the images, possible locations and whether you want an engagement/couple session before the big day. During the wedding I aim to combine documentary shots with considered portraits that are made quickly and without long pauses, so your spontaneous moments remain intact. After the shoot I edit the images with care for mood and color so the final result reflects what you experienced. My work is built on a sincere interest in human emotion — that’s what I love to photograph most. I also draw on personal experience: as an active scout and athlete I understand how to foster team spirit and ease, which carries over into my collaboration with clients. I’m based in Brno and often photograph in the surrounding area, but I’m happy to travel further by arrangement.
