I’m Roman Mácha, a creative wedding photographer working primarily in Brno and the surrounding areas. Wedding photography is a passion for me: I love working with emotions, light and composition so that the final images are not only beautiful but also truthful and timeless. I focus on a reportage approach—observing the flow of the day, noticing moments and capturing them so every photograph tells a part of your story. Why choose me as your wedding photographer? I’m energetic, empathetic and experienced; I know how to work with people even in challenging situations and create a relaxed atmosphere that helps couples and guests feel natural. I favor natural light and often use wide apertures to gently separate the subject from the background—resulting in images with depth, energy and a professional feel that stand out, especially in prints and in a wedding photobook. How does our collaboration work? Before the wedding I like to meet in person to discuss the day’s timeline, suitable locations and your expectations. I also offer an engagement session—an ideal way to get to know each other, practise poses and create beautiful images for invitations or venue decor. On the wedding day I document everything from morning preparations through the ceremony to the evening celebrations; I put emphasis on spontaneous candids and composed frames that will last for generations. Beyond basic editing I provide careful retouching for selected images and the option to create a bespoke wedding photobook that presents the day chronologically and with refined design. Photos are delivered in professional quality suitable for high-quality printing as well as for online sharing. I primarily photograph in Brno, but I’m available to travel anywhere across the Czech Republic.
