I’m Marleen, a wedding and portrait photographer based in Brno, and I approach weddings with both heart and experience. I specialize in wedding photography and wedding reportage — my style is quiet, observant and focused on genuine moments. I don’t stage stiff poses; I capture authentic, lived-in images that will bring back the emotions, scents and feelings of the day when you look at them in years to come. Why choose me as your wedding photographer? Because I believe great wedding photography is built on trust. I’m more of a quiet observer than a loud entertainer — able to be unobtrusive during the ceremony and family moments while also knowing when to gently guide a couple into a natural moment. I concentrate on details, glances, laughing eyes and small gestures that together tell the whole story. My style is sensitive, warm and emotional — if you want your wedding captured without exaggeration, you’re in the right place. How does working with me look? Before the wedding I like to have a relaxed conversation about your expectations — what matters to you and which moments you want preserved. If you wish, I offer a pre-wedding boudoir session as a gift for your partner and as a chance to enjoy intimate moments before the big day. On the wedding day I work in a reportage/documentary way, always attentive to light and the emotional flow of events. After the shoot you’ll receive a preview gallery to make your selections, and I’ll edit the images in my signature style so the final wedding photographs truly tell your story. I mainly photograph in Brno and the surrounding region, but I’m happy to travel for weddings where real stories unfold.
