I’m Mike (Michal) Böhm and, as a wedding photographer based in Michle, my main focus is one thing — capturing the true emotions of your wedding day. My work is guided by a simple principle: find beauty in real moments. Rather than staged poses, I prefer a reportage approach that lets the day flow naturally and creates photos you’ll happily revisit. I try to see what you are feeling — the smiles, laughter at the tables, gentle touches, tears of joy and small details like rings, flowers or the soft light during the golden hour. I always aim to capture the mood sensitively, without interrupting the course of the event. How do we work together? Before every wedding I make time for a pre-wedding meeting — I enjoy getting to know you over a coffee, discussing the schedule, the best locations for couple portraits, and your expectations. On the day I work unobtrusively so the atmosphere remains relaxed. When it’s time for portraits, I offer gentle guidance and ideas, but most images are created naturally. Whenever possible I use the golden hour at sunset — these moments often produce the most beautiful light for romantic shots. My photography is personal and human — I want clients to enjoy the collaboration. I’m from Michle and know Prague’s locations well, as well as countryside venues nearby where I’m happy to travel. My work isn’t just about technique; it’s about creating memories that remind you of the atmosphere of your whole day.
