I’m Mikuláš Křepelka from Weddingsphoto and I’ve been photographing since I was twelve. Wedding photography is my main specialization — I combine the reportage sensibility I developed at a press agency with thousands of portrait shots so that your wedding images are both truthful and beautiful. How I work: the most important thing for me is to meet the couple before the wedding. A pre-wedding meeting (a date to get to know each other, a posing rehearsal and a discussion of details) helps relax the atmosphere and resolve organisational issues — leading to a smoother photo experience on the wedding day. At the wedding I combine reportage images with stylish portraits, always mindful of light, timing and emotion. After the event I devote careful post-production to your photos, delivering both color and black-and-white variants and retouched portraits suitable, for example, for wedding invitations. Location and approach: I am based in Horní Měcholupy and work across the Prague area, but I often photograph throughout the Czech Republic.
