Welcome — I’m Tomáš Škopek, a wedding photographer based in Klatovy. I have been photographing for several years and prefer weddings because they allow me to capture real emotions and moments couples will want to remember for a lifetime. My work is rooted in a natural, reportage approach: I favour authentic images over forced posing, while also creating beautiful couple portraits in a calm atmosphere during engagement or wedding sessions. I started my career photographing concerts, which taught me to react quickly in dynamic situations and handle challenging lighting — skills I bring into wedding photography. At weddings I work unobtrusively and respectfully, following the flow of the day and being mindful of guests. I strive to be a discreet observer rather than an intrusive presence. This approach produces natural reportage shots — from small gestures to big emotions. How do I work with couples? Most often we begin with a short in-person or online meeting to discuss your ideas and to get a feel for the shooting style. An engagement shoot is an optional part of the preparation: it helps you relax in front of the lens and gives me inspiration for the wedding day. On the day itself I work in an organized, calm way — monitoring the schedule, seeking authentic moments and complementing them with careful portraits and group photos. The result is an edited photo collection delivered in a clear online gallery that you can easily share with family and friends. My packages also include additional options such as aerial images subject to conditions and a fast handover of selected photos for immediate sharing.
