My name is Ondřej Zbýň and photographing weddings is my calling. I focus exclusively on documentary wedding photography — my aim is to imprint the true atmosphere of your day into the images: guests’ emotions, fleeting looks and those moments that cannot be scheduled. With more than 300 wedding days behind me, I have experience in a wide range of venues across the Czech Republic and abroad, and I can quickly adapt to the flow, light and pace of your celebration. My approach is unobtrusive and documentary-driven: I photograph so the result becomes a natural, emotionally resonant memory. I work to build trust between myself and your guests, so I remain discreet, friendly and professional at the same time. When needed, I give short, calm directions during couple portraits so you receive beautiful images without unnecessary stress. Working with people fulfills me — I know how to relax shy or self-conscious subjects and capture them at their best. Technical reliability is essential to me: I use professional equipment and a robust backup system to ensure your memories are safe. In post-production I aim for timeless results that faithfully reflect the mood of the day — edits are careful and restrained, avoiding excessive retouching and emphasizing natural colors and genuine emotion. Our collaboration begins with a conversation about your day — how you imagine the atmosphere, what matters most to you and which photographic style you prefer. During the wedding I strive to be a dependable partner who not only photographs but also advises, reassures and discreetly organizes group shots when necessary.
