I’m Honza Bobek and wedding photography is my main passion. I photograph weddings around Mladá Boleslav and most often work as a reportage–portrait photographer: I follow the day’s flow, capture real emotions and also create calm, beautiful portraits of the couple and their families. My wife Simča and I work as a team — she helps with coordination, calming details and logistics, which lets me stay fully focused on the photography. Why choose us? I specialize in wedding photography with an emphasis on naturalness and atmosphere. We don’t rush; our aim is for couples and guests to forget the lens and behave naturally. That produces images that truly tell your story — from preparations, through the ceremony, to the celebration. If you are planning your wedding at Stránov Castle, I’ll put my intimate knowledge of the venue to work: I know where to find the best rooms, how to use the historic light on the staircase and in the gardens, and which spots work best for portraits and candid shots. How we work: first we’ll arrange a meeting or a phone call to learn your ideas and plan the day together. During the shoot I focus on easy, unobtrusive communication and a relaxed atmosphere — with small directions and a friendly smile I help guests and the couple look their best. Throughout the day I document events like a reporter and then switch into portrait mode at key moments to capture both formal and informal portraits. In addition to reportage, we offer complementary options to enhance the final result — couple portraits, a custom photobook or photo canvas, and optionally a short photo video to accompany your images. We always deliver final photographs ready for printing or online sharing in a quality that will last for years.
