I am Petr Stančík — a wedding photographer based in Beroun specializing in natural, sensitive photo-reportage. My approach is simple — to be a reliable and calm partner throughout the day. Before the wedding I like to talk about your ideas, locations and moments that matter to you. On the wedding day I work quietly while shooting the ceremony and celebration in a reportage style, while also paying attention to the intimacy of the newlyweds' portraits, guests' spontaneous reactions and symbolic details. The result is authentic images that allow space for emotion and naturalness. As a wedding photographer I place emphasis on high-quality processing and a keen sense for light and composition. I strive to make each photo tell a part of your story — from the quiet anticipation of preparations through joyful exclamations to the first dance. My documentary approach lets me capture not only the big moments but also the small, unnoticed situations that make your day exceptional. In addition to classic wedding photography, I offer complementary couple and portrait sessions (engagement/couple shoots), which are an excellent preparation for the wedding day or a standalone keepsake. These relaxed and spontaneous sessions help couples get comfortable in front of the camera and feel natural on the wedding day. I mainly photograph in and around Beroun, but I’m happy to travel to more distant locations by arrangement.
